Card Payments
During registration, you can make full payment via credit or debit card.

Check Payments
We encourage the use of credit cards for payments. Your registration / event ticket purchase is saved but not confirmed until your payment is received.
Your payment must be received by May 31, 2024, to guarantee your registration or purchase. Payments by mail are unpredictable because of mail delivery delays, so allow up to 3 weeks if sending by mail. If payment is not received prior to activity you may pay at the convention, and you will be reimbursed once your mailed payment is received.
You can HAND deliver the check and a copy of your registration to (this is not the mailing address) the State Bar's main office at 4201 N 24th St, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
To MAIL your check payment and registration form, use:

If paying by paper check, your registration will be saved (but not confirmed) until the check has been received and processed by the State Bar of Arizona, and the registration shows as fully paid.
To pay by check, follow these steps:
- 1. Complete your registration online.
- 2. On the payment screen, click the PAY BY CHECK button.
- 3. You will receive an email containing a summary of your registration selections and amount due.
- 4. Mail a copy of the email containing your registration selections and amount due along with your check to:

Once payment has been received and processed, your registration will be marked as paid. You can check on your payment status at anytime by logging in to view your registration.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds are accepted in writing or by email to conventionstaff@staff.azbar.org only. The date of cancellation is the date received by the State Bar Office.
All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. The Bar has no desire to retain moneys paid by members unable to attend; however, hotel guarantees and other expenses make the refund schedule necessary.
Cancellations will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., May 31, 2024. Refunds will be mailed after the convention, minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
No refunds are provided for registration or event tickets after May 31, 2024.
Refunds for ticketed events are contingent on surrender of event tickets.
